Product Description

Product Overview
An aluminum induction melting furnace is a machine used to melt aluminum using electromagnetic induction. It is popular because it’s efficient, precise, and clean. Here’s a simpler breakdown of how it works:
How It Works:
  1. Induction Heating: The furnace has a copper coil that carries electricity. This electricity creates a magnetic field that heats the aluminum inside the furnace, causing it to melt. The metal doesn’t touch the coil; the heat is generated through the magnetic field.
  2. Melting Process: Aluminum (in scrap or ingot form) is placed in a container called a crucible. The furnace heats the metal until it melts, usually to around 660°C (1220°F).
Applications

Foundry/casting, Aluminum billet casters, Recycling/remelting, Diecasting, Chip melting, Investment casting, Primary aluminum, and Secondary aluminum.
Features
Key Features
  1. Efficient Heating: It uses Medium Frequency electromagnetic induction to heat aluminum directly, saving energy.
  2. Precise Temperature Control: It ensures the aluminum melts at the right temperature, preventing overburn that create dross.
  3. Energy Saving: It uses less energy compared to traditional methods, lowering costs.
  4. Cleaner Process: It produces fewer emissions, making it more environmentally friendly.
  5. Less Oxidation: It reduces aluminum waste by minimizing oxidation (metal loss) during melting.
  6. Higher Yield – from melting scrap, melting aluminium using induction furnace will create higher yield compared to those gas combustion burners where easily burn the aluminium scrap.
These features are what make induction furnaces particularly valuable in industries requiring precise control, energy savings, and a cleaner, faster melting process.

Product Features:
  • Scrap Aluminum Melting: It can melt all types of scrap aluminum using crucibles.
  • Digital Control: Fully digitally controlled for high stability, supports automatic casting lines for continuous production. Can be started or stopped anytime.
  • High Efficiency: The system recovers about 92% of aluminum, from scrap to ingots, including aluminum ash (dross) treatment.
  • Air Cooling: It uses air cooling instead of water, so no need for additional water cooling equipment. Easy to operate.
  • Complete Production Line: It can provide a full production line from scrap aluminum to final ingots, including the necessary technology.
  • Easy Setup: No installation needed, saving time. It’s quick and simple to use.
  • Long Lifespan: The furnace can last for over 10 years.
These features make the furnace user-friendly, efficient, and cost-effective for aluminum melting and recycling.
