WINTHERM has a team of Service Engineers who can offer furnace and ovens repair, calibration and maintenance of industrial furnaces and industrial ovens products both at our workshop or at customers’ premises.

FURNACE AND OVENS REPAIR

Preliminary questions and info gathering will be conducted to try to diagnose furnace and oven problems and identify the necessary furnace and ovens spare parts to be replaced. WINTHERM provides diagnose and repair, troubleshoot, thermocouple calibration, maintenance for muffle furnace, tube furnaces, laboratory furnaces, chamber furnaces, Vacuum chamber furnace, batch ovens, conveyor ovens and other kinds of industrial ovens not only for our brands; but we try our best to cater the service maintenance, repair and diagnose to other brands of industrial furnaces and ovens as well.
Service areas of furnace and ovens repairs and troubleshoot are the furnace refractory fibre insulations, thermocouples replacement, electric heaters replacement and fitting, temperature controllers, and other electrical components.

FURNACE AND OVENS TROUBLESHOOT

Most common furnaces and ovens trouble shoot would be temperature controller error, instrument switch is malfunctioning or heating element has failed, and products overheat. WINTHERM service engineers will conduct the diagnose and provide the correct furnaces and ovens troubleshoot recommendations.

WINTHERM furnaces and ovens do not only sell the products, but we also perform furnace and ovens service for furnaces and ovens installation and commissioning. Users training is also provided as well as part of our service.

FURNACE AND OVENS MODIFICATION

WINTHERM furnaces and ovens understand the need of user to do some furnaces and ovens modification for their operation ease. Our engineering team can diagnose and recommend furnaces and ovens modifications that might be better for your operation. Furnace and ovens modification offered includes from minor modifications like adding ramp, fabricating the tray or furnace and ovens rails up to major modifications that needs furnace and ovens moving and changing furnace structure. All requests will be checked case by case upon inquiry.
