  • 1400℃ car bottom furnace mainly consists of Chamber, temperature controller system, chamber door lifting system, car bottom walking system, individual temperature control cabinet, the car bottom and the chamber of the furnace are coupled and sealed with automatic limit. The switch button is integrated on the panel of the temperature control box, which is beautiful and easy to operate.

  • The furnace material is high alumina mullite brick
  • The heating element is made of high-quality silicon carbide rod, which can bear large load, stable and long service life; the silicon carbide rod is evenly arranged on both sides of the furnace, and the temperature field uniformity is good.
